The full terms go here before CopyCatcher takes any payment. Until then, here is what we can already tell you plainly.
- What you get
- A weekly check of new Australian trade mark filings against the mark you have entered, and an email when one is close. Every alert is read and approved by a person before it is sent. We report what has been filed. We do not advise you on what to do about it.
- The price
- A$199 a year, including GST, renewing each year until you cancel.
- Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel any time and keep your watch until the end of the year you have paid for. Refunds are given only where the Australian Consumer Law requires them, including under the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. There is no money-back offer.
- The limits
- We read IP Australia’s public data each week and tell you what we find. No watch service sees every filing, and we will not say otherwise. What we hold is class numbers, not the wording of the goods and services, and we compare words rather than logos. The how it works page sets all of this out.
